I am John Klassen and I have recently joined M & T Bank as a Business Banker. I work in the Orange and Sullivan County area in New York. My branches are Newburgh Plaza, Vails Gate , Roscoe and Port Jervis. A fairly large territory.
I have been in banking and lending for the past 15 years and always thought it would be a good idea for business people to have a place to share their ideas and learn from each other. Many bankers have been resistant to sharing their success strories on a blog for fear that they will give out information that will help their competitors. the rgiht people with thje right mindset will get the idea anyway. I want to create a dialog with these people. They are the doers, not the watchers.
